Full Year 2011 Update
On December 31st we counted 76 Terravita homes closed for the year. That's a 17% increase over last year's total of 65. Prices seem to be stabilizing just under $190 per square foot, and there are fewer homes than normal (46) still listed for sale. Price per foot is the “Kelly Blue Book” of home values, and each property needs to be evaluated individually. The better homes (condition, upgrades, location) are still selling at higher PSF prices. Terravita still remains, in my opinion, the best lifestyle community in this part of North Scottsdale, as well as the best value.
